We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Terms and Conditions
Conditions: We are a Retail Only Site. We do not sell Wholesale. We however do offer group purchases at a discount if items are purchased in large quantities.
Shipping Damages: Shipping damages must be claimed within 7 days from delivery date of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.You may return any damaged items for an exchange/Refund with the tags attached in the original condition.
We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns
Our shipping philosophy:
We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible
We are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged
Our primary shipping service is Australian Post. We mainly use their "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from our warehouse in Blackwater QLD Australia to any place within Australia, or Australian Post Express Delivery Services which take 2 -3 days to most destinations within Australia. Many of our products ship from our warehouse in Blackwater QLD.
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
"Availability". We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly within a day, but please do not count on that. For urgent orders always confirm availability first by email at email@example.com . Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, all items that are in stock will ship within 24 hours unless if the order is received after 5pm AEST on Friday. That order will be shipped on Monday morning. Others will be shipped in a couple days if the product was in transit from manufacturer on time of ordering, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate.
The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is usually Australian Post Ground Services. Australian Post Express Services offers overnight delivery mainly to most major towns within QLD.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday and Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day since our shipper are closed on weekends.
We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will always be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company/ method is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout.
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address and phone number. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
We inspect all items for defects before shipping but just in case your order is damaged or faulty, we do offer Refunds.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any other reason - a store credit, less 5% restocking fees, will be issued. We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size/ color. If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us on +61 7 4982 6901 for a sizing consultation before ordering.Store Credits must be used within 60 days.
Please contact Northcutt Fashions on +61 7 4982 6901 or email us on within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item.
Items returned without contacting Northcutt Fashions or returned after 7 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund/ store credit.
Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.
Items returned with smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item unless if the item is damaged/ faulty.
If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts, we can re-ship the item to you at an additional shipping charge.
